ANSWERING YOUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS…
What kinds of trips do you plan?
From quick weekend getaways to big international adventures, I help plan trips that feel like you. Everything from honeymoons and milestone celebrations to family vacations, solo resets, and corporate retreats. You name it, I can handle it. I’ll take care of hotel bookings, daily itineraries, local recs, and anything else you need to make it seamless (and fun).
What’s included when I work with you?
It depends on what you need. I can just handle the hotel bookings (with perks), or I can build a full itinerary with restaurant and activity suggestions, daily planning, and an overall travel flow that matches your style. Group trip? Multi-stop adventure? I do that too.
Do you only plan international travel?
Nope. I love a good passport stamp, but I’m also here for the stateside escapes. Whether it’s a cozy mountain town, a national park road trip, or a beachy reset that doesn’t require a passport, I’ve got ideas.
Can you help with group or family travel?
Yes. Whether it’s a girls’ trip, family reunion, milestone birthday, or bachelorette weekend, I love planning group trips that feel thoughtful and stress-free. Room blocks, shared itineraries, experiences everyone will enjoy—I’ll take care of the details you hadn’t even thought about.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Ideally, 8 to 12 months in advance for international trips and 4 to 6 months for U.S. travel. But if you’re working with a tighter timeline, reach out anyway and I’ll let you know what’s possible. Trips less than 60 days out are subject to a rush fee.
Do you charge a fee?
For hotel bookings through my partner network, there’s no fee when you already know where you want to rest your head. For destination research or full-service planning, especially for multi-stop trips or group travel, I charge a non-refundable flat planning fee. It varies based on the complexity of your trip, and I’ll always be upfront about the cost.
Will I pay more booking through you?
Rates are typically the same as booking directly, and sometimes even better. Discounted rates may show up elsewhere from time to time, but booking through a travel advisor comes with added value—like daily breakfast, room upgrades when available, resort credits, early check-in, and late check-out. It also means the hotel knows you're coming and who you're working with—so you're more than just a reservation in their system.
Why work with a travel advisor?
Because it’s not just about booking stuff. It’s about making the whole experience easier and more enjoyable. I save you hours of research, bring insider access and perks, and make sure everything flows once you’re on the ground. Bottom line: I sweat the small stuff for you.
Can I book with you if I’m using points?
If you’re planning to book a hotel with points, unfortunately, I can’t make that reservation for you. But if I’m booking the hotel directly, I’m happy to add your loyalty number so you still earn points.
