FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Not really. Group trips can mean 10 people or 200. The planning approach flexes depending on size: smaller groups often just need coordinated bookings, while larger ones (50+) usually involve room blocks, group rates, and more hands-on logistics. When you reach out, I'll ask a few questions about your group so I can scope things accurately.
-
It depends on the size and complexity of the trip. Smaller groups may fall under standard planning fees, while larger events (like incentive trips or multi-day retreats) are typically quoted based on group size, number of travelers, and how much logistics are involved (transfers, meeting space, activities, etc.). I'll always walk you through the structure before anything is booked.
-
The bigger the group, the earlier it should start. For incentive trips, offsites, or events over 50 people, 6 to 12 months out gives us the best access to room blocks and rates. Smaller team trips have more flexibility, but earlier is always better when hotel availability and group pricing are involved.

Me. Whether it's one executive or a full team, you get a single point of contact for questions, changes, and anything that comes up–no bouncing between departments or reservation numbers.
-
Yes. Meeting space, transfers, group activities, and day-of timing can all be coordinated as part of the planning, depending on what the event needs. It's something we'd map out together based on your group's goals.
