Where to Go in 2026

As we round the bend toward the end of the year, it feels like the perfect time to share my list of where to go in 2026. These are places I have loved, places already parked in my Google Flights tabs, and places I genuinely think you should experience.

Image of 12 different destinations from around the world. From Chile to Japan - we are featuring out top suggestions by month.

Here is my list — drum roll, please… 🥁

  • January: If you want a big adventure, head to Easter Island. If you’re feeling extra Dora the Explorer, pair it with the Atacama Desert in northern Chile.

  • February: Escape to Grenada, an under-the-radar Caribbean spot with sunshine and fewer crowds.

  • March: Morocco is perfect for a small-group cultural trip. Give yourself 8 to 10 days so it actually feels immersive.

  • April: Japan fully became my personality this year, so I’m eyeing Okinawa before it gets crowded and humid. If you’ve already done the major cities, this is your next chapter.

  • May: Mallorca before summer hits is perfection. Stay on two sides of the island for totally different vibes.

  • June: The Azores — also known as the Hawaii of Europe. Peak hydrangea season is unreal, and it’s a quick 5-hour flight from NYC.

  • July: Kenya is ideal this month. Just a note: safari, the Galapagos, and Antarctica are year-out planning trips, so keep that in mind.

  • August: If you’ve already done Iceland, Greenland is next.

  • September: I fell hard for Salzburg this fall. Early September at the lakes looks Caribbean-level good.

  • October: Ischia is still dreamy. Go before mid-month and pair it with a nearby Amalfi spot. I vote Positano.

  • November: Oaxaca for Día de los Muertos is on my personal wishlist.

  • December: Paris is always a good idea. The Eiffel Tower sparkles a little brighter during the holidays. Carve out a couple of days for a quick trip to Giverny — it’s close, calm, and completely worth it.

If one of these destinations is calling your name, reach out. I’ll help you find the right hotel, the fun stuff, and a trip that feels like you.
